The teachers at our kura are dedicated to making a difference to the future of our students. They will achieve this by:

• increasing the involvement of whānau, hapū and iwi and community in education 
  
• raising the expectations leading to higher educational achievement for Māori 
  
• showing and modeling to our students that educational success is real and achievable 
  
• developing the capacity of the Whānau Whānui Māori to develop their own education pathways at the kura with a strong Ngāti Toa representation
